	This is in support of Yoram Moses's application for an IBM
Fellowship.  I understand that with Joe Halpern's support he'll
probably get it, since they have been collaborating.

	In my opinion Yoram is making good progress in formalizing
knowledge and other concepts in connection with this collaboration.
This work both fits the interest of Ron Fagin's IBM group and
has a good chance of contributing to progress in AI.  Therefore,
I have no hesitation in supporting his application.
